Our medical plan provides our employees with Cigna’s Open Access Plus Network. This program covers many preventive services at 100 percent, with no deductible. It also covers most routine, emergency and chronic health care needs. All dependents enrolled in our medical plan are subject to a dependent eligibility audit.
We offer a comprehensive dental plan through Delta Dental of Missouri. Delta Dental has the largest network of dentists in the industry – more than 220,000 nationally – giving subscribers a wide choice.
This plan, through EyeMed Vision Care provides eye exams and discounted eye wear.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k)
We offer employees the opportunity to save for retirement in a 401k plan with the options to contribute on a pre-tax, after-tax and Roth basis. The company matches a percentage of the employee's contributions and also provides a discretionary contribution with no requirement to participate.
Company Provided Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
ICL provides a benefit of two times the employee's annual base salary rounded to the nearest thousand dollars for both basic life and AD&D coverage.
Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance
Employees have the option of purchasing additional coverage up to 5 times their annual base salary not to exceed a total of $1,000,000 when combined with company provided coverage. ICL also offers life insurance for your spouse and children at affordable group rates. Life coverage is subject to evidence of insurability limitations.
Accidental Injury Insurance
Accidental injury coverage is available to employees and provides a fixed cash benefit amount when an accident occurs resulting in specific injuries or a broad range of medical treatments. There are no copays, deductibles, coinsurance or network requirements.
Company Provided Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Insurance
ICL provides both short-term disability and long-term disability for our employees.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Employees can enroll in two types of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): one for health care and one for dependent care. Both accounts let you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our EAP provides confidential assessment, counseling, information, and referrals on a wide range of concerns.
Paid Time Off
We recognize the need of employees to have time away from work and, as such, provide vacation based on years of service and a minimum of 11 holidays per year.
